I have reinstalled and verified the files several times since I go this message, and nothing fixes it. I have even reinstalled Ubisoft Connect and updated my graphics drivers, nothing seems to help

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the installation. What drive are you installing the game on? Is it internal or external? Have you made sure it's the same drive where Ubisoft Connect is installed?

Just to eliminate any other possible errors, please also make sure to complete all the steps outlined in our Troubleshooting Guide, thanks!

If you've not already made sure to do all of the steps listed in this FAQ, please run through them and see if they help at all.

Additionally, are the game and Connect both installed on the same drive as Windows? It's not as important as having the game/Connect on the same drive, but having all 3 in the same place does help sometimes!
