Hello !
Since the latest big update, I started to randomly get an error message telling me that I'm disconnected from Ubisoft Connect (Error Code: A-AA-01-08).
First time it happened was on 29th of september 2022 at around 19:24 right in the middle of the COTD. I obviously had a stable connection and nothing wrong happened except that when I left the server, it brought me back into Trackmania² menu leftovers.

Second time it happened was during a stream, I was playing a long RPG map, and it happened mid-run. My run wasn't saved on Nadeo's servers (sadly, because I'd love to see my name up there after more than 4h of run).

I have a stable fiber connection and I don't know why I'm randomly disconnected. It usually happens when computer is brought back from sleep mode, which is not the case when I'm currently playing the game.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this - sorry to hear you were disconnected.

Have you experienced this behaviour before or since this?

I've taken a look and we've had no degradation or server issues at these times so there may be something impacting your connection to the game's servers.

Could you please ensure you've completed all of the steps in our connectivity guide, including port forwarding if those steps aren't successful and let us know how you get on?

I appreciate you have a good connection generally, but this doesn't guarantee you're able to connect to the game's servers so these steps help us rule out any local causes.

Let us know if there's any changes or this happens again!

We are aware that we had an ongoing issue with Ubisoft Connect services around the time of these reports.

I am now able to announce that these issues have been resolved recently.

Could you please confirm that you don't encounter any of these issues any more?
If so, please let us know, so we can raise it as soon as possible.

Hello @monkey7m3, welcome back.

I'm glad to hear that the issue is much less frequent.

Still, could you please make sure that Ubisoft Connect remains up-to-date and that your internet service supplies enough stability in the connection to the Ubisoft services.

You could also clear the cache of the launcher occasionally to help it stay healthy.

If it is still a big issue, and you are encountering it consistently, please come back to us, so we can investigate further!

Thanks for getting back to us, sorry to hear this is happening more often again.

You can clear the launcher cache by following these steps.

We'd also kindly encourage you to still complete the connectivity steps below as they're key in allowing us to rule out any other local causes to investigate further.

We appreciate your general connection is fine, but this doesn't guarantee nothing else is preventing you from connecting to Ubisoft's servers.

a hotfix update was pushed just as i wrote this

Sometimes all you have to do is bring something up for it to be fixed haha.

Hopefully the hotfix manages to squash this bug for everyone, but if not then the next step I recommend would be to create a support ticket and make sure to get us screenshots of your port forwarding configurations so that we can look into this further!
