This one didn’t come up in feedback before, but totally makes sense. We will take care of it.

We worked on the hotfix for this. It should be live now so editor access to video and such should be working.

It might be the URL patterns because it's now dashboard.

Does that mean it will eventually have the pop out option, or does that mean the old link will work for now, and then go away with no other options?

We don't have any plans to remove the old link right now, and I don't expect we will remove it until we have a substitute. Does that help?

It shows the sub points on the new dashboard for me, right next to the subscriber count. That's weird that it won't show it for you.

We're gonna add it back for all users. Currently it only shows if you have a sub goal for an emote unlock. (so Partners who have hit 10k and Affiliates who have hit 50 would not see it)

I take nothing lightly. That's why I use dark mode!

Hi Everyone!

We added an easter egg to the Creator Dashboard / Stream Manager to allow you to add / remove elements on the page (including Edit Stream Information).

Just go and push UP + UP + DOWN + DOWN + LEFT + RIGHT + LEFT + RIGHT + B + A to bring up this hidden menu.

Some of you might be asking... WTF? Why is this not just regular functionality? Why are you hiding it? You're dumb!

(hint: the last one isn't a question, but it might be true)

I'm posting this to share that we're continuing to invest in improvements. But simply put, the nice add/remove (which wouldn't require reloading) is not ready for prime time yet. We've been working hard with other teams to incorporate a seamless solution, but we aren't at a point where we think you'll be happy with it. At the same time, we know this is functionality many of you really rely on in the old dashboard, so we wanted to give those power users a way to add/remove.

"Ok idiot, why are you...

The popouts for old panels that don't yet have analogs in the new dashboard won't be going away! We'll be keeping them for a while, so https://twitch.tv/popout/your-channel-here/dashboard/live/stats will work for some time to come. Hope that helps.

Awesome, thanks for the report. I'll get both the activity feed and channel points teams to look into this.

Can you give me slightly more detail? 1. Can you confirm this is new dashboard? (or old dashboard, or both). 2. Can you share the settings for the redemption that you've configured?

This should be fixed now for most users.

I noticed at this time that my prime sub hadn't been used for the month so I clicked subscribe and chose prime as my method. Nothing happened so I was confused and checked to ensure it went through. I noticed it did indeed show subscribed. This has happened every time I've used a prime subscription on the app.

Oh, so it was a Prime subscription. Thanks, I'll ask the team to take a look at what could be going on there.

Was this on iOS? Could detail the steps that you took?

I know the team is actively working on an API that allows you to read redemptions for your channel. If that's a bit difficult to figure out (when it's released) then definitely try to get your bot to do it.

I anticipate that there will be extensions developers who actively try to engage with rewards this way, but running it locally will probably always have the best experience for your viewers.

Great analysis. Matches a lot of the main points I had in mind and expands with others. Thanks for sharing!

I wonder if activity feed failure is due to channel points. It seems to hang every time there is a redemption.

The resizing issues I have with it are somewhat covered as well by FGSquared's comment. The elements resize to fit the space but not intuitively and additionally it doesnt seem to support scrolling? If I, for instance, have 6 items (3across, 2 high) and shrink the full browser to half height, it jams every widget into that space versus hitting a minimum size and then scrolling.

My use case for it is (again as FG mentioned) at-a-glance stuff. It is the only place I can see channel point redemptions (when chat gets moving they get lost fast otherwise). The other stuff requires me to dive out of the game to engage with (like ad breaks) but I dont need to have that stuff jammed in the window. So scrolling down to it would be fine (as with the current dashboard).

If, based on your comment, most people pop out the elements they need, would there be...

We’ll look into that. I think we’ve been having issues reproducing the activity feed failures, so let me give them this info.

We can definitely explore stats in popout :) hadn’t thought of that.

The ending sucks. The decision is still the right one.

In that case, the storm is inevitable no matter what happens, since even in the bay ending Max's experiences will alter her personality and actions (like smiling when she sees the butterfly over Chloe's coffin) once she reenters the original timeline on Friday. So congratulations on finding another plot hole in the haphazard ending to Life Is Strange, I guess?

Agree. Which is why saving Chloe is always the best choice.

I'm not certain I agree. For one thing: if the authorities investigate the Dark Room shortly after Chloe's death, Kate may learn what was done to her and be dissuaded from her suicide attempt. More importantly, in my opinion, Max would be able to reach out to Kate more in the weeks after that day, and offer more emotional support than she would have had the events of the game not taken place.

I think Max taking into account what she learned with her powers to save Kate fits very well with the arc that the game tried (and in my opinion failed) to develop for her: she realizes that her true power lies not in her supernatural abilities but in her capacity for compassion and determination to do what is right.

Why would they investigate anything?

Whether it's to alert the authorities, or to save Kate, the fact remains that Max acting in any way influenced by what she knows (and shouldn't) will probably trigger the storm. It's not saving Chloe that starts it, it's changing the timeline in any way. Saving Kate is no different from saving Chloe in this context.

Yeah, if you can't handle that episode well braze yourself for the next two. They get orders of magnitude worse.

Which I think is just a miss from the devs. Without Max' powers, Kate dies.
