Shattering Impact remove a specific amount of armor per hit, it's not proportionate. So you might have been seeing the effects of testing against a different type, or a different enemy level.  e.g. a level 100 Heavy Gunner will require a lot more hits to remove their armor than a level 10 Butcher.

(Also be careful if you're dealing with Heat damage since Heat also affects enemy armor value)

The Titan Extractor Prime Blueprint script has finished running for PC,  everybody who purchased the Ember or Frost Prime Resurgence pack should now have the Blueprint as intended. An Inbox message was delivered to draw attention to your item being delivered. Apologies for the error in the store offerings and please enjoy your Extractors.

Tenno playing on consoles will have this same fix run for them, after the hotfix which corrects the store offerings is deployed to your platform.

You have Invulnerable mode turned on.  You don't actually count as having blocked incoming hits if you're invulnerable (this is not unique to the Vaykor Sydon)

The launcher will prompt you to optimize when it detects that there is at least 1000 megabytes of wasted space that it can recover. We decided to have it behave this way precisely because it can take some machines (especially rotating hard disks) a very long time to optimize, and we didn't want to encourage players to optimize when there was no real benefit. Having cache fragmentation shouldn't cause missing texture assets. If you're seeing that, you would want to run the Verify process instead  (and possibly run a health check on your disk to make sure it's okay!)

Melee exclusive mode, blocking.  No meter, so I can't tell if the action is ready or not, so I just switch between blocking and running up my combo for about a minute.   When I do a block - heavy attack combo, there's a "raise the staff" animation, and...nothing.  No heavy attack, no blind, but combo is expended.  

Maybe I'm just not building up enough charges, but I am blocking for quite a while.  And without a meter it's frustrating.

When you're charging up the blind attack, you'll see a counter in the upper right corner under a Steel Meridian icon.  Once this reaches 15 blocked hits, it's ready to use. As per the weapon's description...

Have you tried recently? This was fixed on Tuesday.  I copied your riven, and was able to make progress on unlocking it. If you're still having issues we need an exact run-down on what you're doing

You mean, if you bought the Titan Extractor Prime by itself, outside of the Frost/Ember Prime Resurgence bundle?  We aren't aware of any issues with the standalone Extractor Prime. If you bought this then you already got the blueprint, (There's no reason to have multiple blueprints, it is reusable!)

Can you explain (or make a video, I love videos!) how you tested this? Caliban's Fusion Strike is coded in such a way that it should be ignoring Tenno for the armor remove feature

Believe I've identified the problem, which is, normally while you are holding Block you can press Attack and the Attack will interrupt.  However, Attack cannot interrupt Block while holding your exalted melee weapon in exclusive mode and your regular melee weapon has Combo on it.  With high Combo Duration on your regular melee weapon this becomes very noticeable. It would be great if you could confirm that this specific problem is what you are seeing, by removing your regular melee weapon and then trying to use tactical combos using your exalted melee.

Hello!

The intention was that buying the Ember or Frost Prime Resurgence Packs from Varzia’s Wares would give you the Extractor Prime Blueprint in addition to a built Extractor, the same as if you bought the combined Pack which includes both.

The single Packs will be changed in the next Hotfix to add the Blueprint. Anybody who already purchased one of the single Ember or Frost Prime Resurgence Packs will be given the Extractor Prime Blueprint after the Hotfix (We’ll update this thread when this is done).

I investigated your player account, but as far as I can tell you only purchased one extra warframe slot and everything looks correct. Nothing was subtracted on login. Is it possible that you were looking at weapon slots or loadout slots instead?  (A screenshot might help explain any confusion)

Looking into it. Just so we're all on the same page though,  it's not "any" knockdown.  Somebody else reported this issue to me and my first attempt to repro was getting ground-slammed by a Heavy Gunner... which doesn't cause this to happen. Try to add as many specific details as possible in bug reports, because words like "any" or "all" can be inaccurate and misleading. 🙂

It's on our radar. Boreal and Nira mods have similar issues, initial field report from our code ninjas are that the "parkour" themed modifier on each mod is not working.

Are you aware that Railjack has its own control bindings that are different from your regular binds? If you go to Options, Controls, and then scroll down to near the bottom there is "Customize Key Bindings" under the Railjack heading. Try rebinding the Fire control there.

If that doesn't work, you'd need to create a Support ticket and send us your EE.cfg file which contains your key bind setup.  Use these instructions if it becomes necessary.
