Pay no attention to the Work In Progress previews behind the curtain. This skin is very definitely for Dual Swords. You'll be able to preview it on the Nightwave reward track once the new Nightave goes live :)

The Spira Prime was added to the Market's special offers by accident and was available for direct purchase. This item was intended to be the regular Spira throwing knives! XBOX was the only affected platform.

The Market offer was corrected to be the regular Spira, March 14 at 18:50 eastern time.

Any keen-eyed Tenno who got the Spira Prime while the deal was active will be allowed to keep it since this was purely our mistake.

The only files that warframe itself will write on your machine during gameplay are

• The settings and profile (only when you make changes)
• Screenshots (only when you press the button for it)
• And the log file (usually not more than a few megabytes per hour)

Updating the game, which you need to do in order to play, will also account for some disk writes via the content cache however these are much less frequent

If you're seeing excessive disk writing while the game is active, I would check these first

• Are you running out of system memory, and forcing your computer to use the page file?  It's generally advised that you do NOT put your Windows page file on an SSD.  You can tell if you are running out of memory by checking Task Manager's "Memory" tab under Performance.  Installing more system memory will also probably significantly increase system performance in general.
• Do ...

Exception c0000374 indicates heap corruption.  Does the game get far enough to write anything in the file, %localappdata%\Warframe\Launcher.log?  If it does, this could provide clues what has happened.

If you're overclocking: try resetting system parameters back to default and see if the game will launch.

Try and shut down all non-essential programs that might be running, especially anything that will try to inject code into Warframe like debuggers and development tools, system monitors or graphical overlays.  Your Antivirus software might also need to be updated.

If there's no better clues, I would see if your motherboard manufacturer have released drivers for your onboard devices than what you've already got.

If still no clues, I would try unplugging or disabling devices and see if the game will launch without them. (Since this error is happening before our Warframe-specific crash handling comes up, it's difficult to ...

Does not appear that Warframe is what crashed, can't actually tell what did though. Are you using any programs that add graphical overlays?  Try disabling everything that tries to inject an overlay and see if that helps.

(Also, when reporting crashes, it makes life a little easier to find if you post the WAR number that the game gives you)

I just tried MR18 test multiple times and it worked fine.  This thread is very old and sounds like people are complaining about different things over time. If there are still current and relevant issues, a video showing the ENTIRE test might be helpful.  Screenshot or video of game after errors have already occurred is rarely useful, the good information is what caused the errors to happen!  Failing video we need better descriptive clues. Did you use Mind Control/Enthrall/Radiation or similar powers? Did you resurrect any enemies? Did you fall off the platform, or knock enemies off the platform, or teleport at some point?

Both of the cases you describe worked okay for me.  This might depend on specific weapons or mod configurations?

Doing what, specifically? Sometimes this can happen just from having very bad internet service, but if it's consistently repeatable it might also be a result of specific actions that produce results the server rejects as invalid.

Contact Support if you are in this situation. The real bug here is being able to start the quest without owning a mech, we can look into that next week.

Before it had no limit, which allowed the number in the box to go into exponential notation  ("1.537593E+07")  which caused some minor functionality issues with the UI.

Ropalolyst health resetting is normal and intended, if you do not call down the laser attack in the few seconds that it is vulnerable. The specific bug that people have hit and we are trying to solve, is where the Ropalolyst won't stand in place and keeps trying to walk off the center platform: this makes it impossible (or extremely difficult) to hit it with the laser attack.

The compensation script for bad Lich/Sister rewards has completed on all platforms.

To recap:  If you defeated a Kuva Lich or Sister of Parvos within a specific time frame (on February 9 from about 11:00 to 19:18 eastern time), the rewards that were sent to you by the server did not match what you expected to get based on what you could see in the information page for your Lich/Sister.  We corrected the rewards being given by modifying the server, and this script retroactively fixes people who got wrong or missing items before the server fix.

What you can expect, if you were affected

• You will get a new Inbox message with item attachments, the same as if you had just defeated your Lich/Sister
• The new Inbox message will be the rewards that you should have gotten the first time, including Ephemera, Weapon (if you vanquished them), and Hound (if it wa...

This under investigation, it does seem like there is a problem on our end which you will not be able to resolve.  Do not worry about your upgraded armor, we will take care of it! Sorry for the delay

I'm not aware of any changes that were intended to Condition Overload. Do you have specific examples of something you think changed incorrectly? Weapons/configs/enemies?  So that we can check out the math

We're investigating this. You should not be required to Windows 10, this seems like just a problem with the Launcher's ability to detect your system's DirectX level.

Update:
We identified the problem and added a workaround to the launcher for the next hotfix.  However, please be aware that at least for some machines we can confirm that this problem is a result of not using Windows Update to install official OS patches. We encourage everybody using Windows PCs to stay up to date.

Hello Tenno!

Quick PSA to bring visibility to an issue we're actively investigating.

Currently the rewards indicated from defeating your Kuva Lich/Sister (weapon Elemental bonus, Ephemera, etc) are not what's actually given to the player. For example, your Kuva Lich Adversary has a 51% bonus. Upon receiving your weapon from Vanquishing it actually has a 28.4% bonus. Clearly wrong!  A Kuva Lich’s equipped Ephemera may also be different, and for Corpus Sisters, their Hound might also be different.

We’ll update this thread when we know what the next resolution steps are. (You may want to avoid doing your Lich/Sister showdown until we resolve this)
