Looks like this was fixed in the July patch! However, it’s worth noting that DoTs will not inherit split damage from gems, so those are behaving as expected.

This is a top priority issue we’re currently working on! Not ideal, but if this occurs, logging off and staying offline for 3+ minutes should allow for Fast Travel to work again when you log back in.

That’s a completely reasonable ask and what I’m here for! I’ve verified all of these are dropping. As they’re only available at Dusk (except Dusk & Dawn), the chances are lower, but not nonexistant. Good luck!

We are actively tracking two high priority bugs that are impacting the Barnacles and Black Powder expedition, including one that reduces damage for a continued period of time after exiting the expedition. To address this, we are temporarily adjusting the buffs on the Nereid. Our team is working hard to ensure that these issues are fixed and we will update you when we have more information.

In addition, we will be performing restarts when each region reaches the lowest point in their population.

I understand how this is confusing - and it’s something we are looking into - but you’re actually not stuck in queue, nor is it related to an issue we had previously where there was an infinite queue. In this case, if you stay in the queue you will be able to get into the game once it’s your turn.

The issue here is that the queue position is not clearly showing your place amongst everyone within the queue.

This has been a tricky one to solve - if the oddness of certain settlements not having this issue didn’t indicate - but I promise we’re actively working on testing solutions as fast as possible!

There is a fix going in with this next patch:

  • Fixed an issue that caused World Transfer conditions to falsely report as not met. Players should now be able to use World Transfer tokens if all conditions are truly met.

We are aware of and working on the other issue!

Sorry for the delay, but we’ve looked into this and it does seem like there was an issue here. We are working on a fix for this! It won’t be in tonight’s patch, but we are aiming for the next patch.

I’ve just checked and it seems to be appearing in the store for me! Can you maybe re-sort by release date or uncheck ‘Show Unlocked’ to see if it populates?

Hello! I can confirm that we have been working on the fix and it’s currently in testing. Catching it in PTR is very helpful for us because it means we’re working on correcting the issue as soon as possible, but sometimes it’ll still take time from when it’s reported to when it’s fixed, tested, and implemented into the game!

There should be instructions for both reporting a player/company in-game and off-game where you can include links for the team to review.

Azoth was not intended as a reward. There was a visual bug that was displaying it, but we have since patched this and you should no longer see “0 Azoth” on the reward screen.

Greetings Adventurers,

We have fixed the following issue. Please restart New World and download the new client (Steam Build ID: #9262216). Ensure the New World version is 615 CL: 1774083 (found within the New World game under Settings and inside the About tab).

  • Fixed an issue with some containers unintentionally displaying 0 Azoth as a reward.
