If this occurs, you should be able to relog in order for the gold to be paid out. Just wait a moment before teleporting. If that’s not the case, please let us know so we can look into it!
We are aware and working on the issue of it not paying out if you’re too quick teleport, but it should correct itself upon relog.

I’ve updated the PTR notes to reflect this change. 
Is anyone still having this issue? The server merges took a little longer than expected, but this should be resolved by now.
We initially had a fix for this in the PTR, but upon testing we did find that there was another issue at play. We are still working on finalizing the fix for the secondary cause.
This is by design. It was never intended to proc against Flamethrower.

I can bearly believe it. I actually haven’t seen this one before and will look into it.
You said this happens to bears all over Aeternum? I didn’t know they were on strike… 
I don’t have any information to provide here unfortunately, nor will anyone else at this time. But we definitely appreciate your feedback regarding wanting new maps for instanced PvP!
