The last time something like this was mentioned was about an Operation map being incorrectly sized. It turned out to a Mod issue, so please disable your mods and re-add them until you determine the one at issue.
Updates are always a bit awkward for mods as it takes time before they get updated to the new patch.
We haven't announced it yet, but she is slated for return sooner than later. Keep your ears out~

I believe the first iteration of the Mystery Drop had a chance to receive Nothing, which caused a lot of confusion.

While you wait for CS, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the client. Sometimes a fresh install can do wonders and get even iron out the weirdly specific issues.

There was certainly some fear of a nasty grind, but I think Jager being Tier 9 really helped to lessen the grind to a spot that's gotten some fairly positive feedback <3

Can you give me more information on this? Is the one and only thing in the game which causes you this discomfort the press of the battle button sound effect? If not, what are the others?
You can turn that off by moving the "Music in Battle" slider all the way to the left.
if you also wanted to reduce the of when "Victory" or "Defeat" appears on screen, you can reduce the Interface Volume slider.
You are able to use "Custom" in the Audio Tab to tweak different sound aspects. Is there something more specific than those are able to provide that you need?
The question was about the Graf Zeppelin, which is a CV. The Graf Zeppelin has remarkable secondaries, but the only torpedoes she has are delivered from planes.
If you play the Graf Zeppelin and do at least some plane based damage like landing a torpedo, you would be fine.
Attack and enemy ship and deal any amount of damage. It doesn't have to be a lot, but you do need to at least deal some form of damage via plane-attack during the match.
I don't have specifics to announce on how this will be addressed just yet, but I imagine point values in the Co-Op game mode being adjusted would be the most straightforward fix.
When I have more information, I'll pass it along. For now, please know that we're hoping to have this dealt with in Update 12.6.

The event is similar to the Brisbane event earlier this year. She was grindable via the mission and some resource exchange to be acquired without paying money <3
