Hey there, this is a known issue and we are actively working to resolve it. It is typically occurring for players who use the stand alone client. If you are able, I would suggest linking to steam and plaything through there.

We are aware of an issue related to logging into the stand alone client and LE-24 error. We are actively working on a solution right now and will get back to you soon.
