Hey there, thanks for bringing this up. We just made a little change that will grant you an extra character slot on both RK2019 and Live if you purchase a new slot. This is also retroactive from the RK2019 launch, so if you purchased an extra slot since March 6th you should have an extra slot for both Live and 2019.
Is this still happening? We had to bring the live server down temporarily on Wednesday to resolve an issue but everything should be OK now. We did a quick server restart today (Friday, Mar 22) to up the 2019 level cap to 45.
Issue cannot be resolved on the forums. Please don’t advocate spamming us or other ‘drastic’ measures, as that only further strains our resources and will result in even longer wait times for everybody.

Is simply not true and while I understand you may have been waiting for a reply for some time, please understand that GMs are working as hard as possible to respond to everyone’s tickets. Remember, our support staff take tickets for all our games, not just AO.

All classes receive the same vanity armor appearances, yes. You get vanity weapons at 80 based on what weapons your class can use.
As you get the rewards they should become claimable IIRC. Not everything is granted at 80. My understanding is that you get armor sets at 20, 40, 60 and then 80, and the weapons are at 80.
RK2019 is coming down for a restart tomorrow, March 22 at 9:00 AM EDT / 13:00 UTC. Downtime ETA is at most 2 hours. This is to increase the level cap on RK2019 to 45!
Please note that while Live (RK5) will remain up, you may not be able to log in. You won’t get kicked off if you are already connected, however!

You should just be able to turn them off in your interface options? If that’s not working then that’s a bug. Unless you’re using a custom UI, then I don’t know what hocus-pocus that might cause
Can you be more specific about what you’re experiencing? I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the UI, but that is sometimes to be expected when we change or add UI elements. We can’t offer direct support if you’re using a custom third-party UI not developed by us. 
For the fearless adventurer, the new Unconquered Mode challenges you with a simple task:
Don’t Die.
Create a new character, mark them as Unconquered, level up, and earn new rewards! The only catch: If your Unconquered character dies, the run’s over. You won’t be able to continue earning rewards with that character.
How long will you survive?
The new Badge system allows you to show off your achievements to everyone in your vicinity. As you continue to level your Unconquered character up, you’ll unlock new badges. Currently, Badges are exclusively tied to progression in Unconquered mode.

The vanity rewards from leveling up your Unconquered character should be claimable for the rest of the account. As they’re both 2HE, you can make an Axe look like a Sword and vice-versa, yes.
You’ll need an open and unlocked slot to make an Unconquered character; it’s not a new server like the Sagas.
Don’t worry, as far as I know we’re not!

Maaan, I thought I fixed this a while back. You could try closing the banner topic (the blue box at the top)? I have mine turned off now so it looks “fine” but I can look into how to solve it.
