We did in fact detect both an issue with the mission and a separate problem that was masking it when we would test it. We are going to issue a mission to affected regions that allows them to make up the beta pass points they have lost access to.

Hey Kamui, as far as we are aware the mission is functioning properly. Multiple people have tested and reported that it completed for them.
The mission is supposed to be challenging, but should not ruin your game experience. If you continue to have an issue, please submit a ticket to player support.
Edit: we have found the issue with the mission and will be issuing a make-up mission to affected regions. You aren’t going to lose access to anything on the beta pass if you’ve been playing and completing missions up until now!
It's the "reach level 6 by the second shared draft (round 11)" mission. It seems you need to actually reach it by round 6 before the the draft on round 7. The only way we can figure out how to make up the gold is by rolling 3 pirates and selling all units. This obviously isn't very likely to happen. Apparently this was also the case on PBE and no one could do it.
And that certainly was not our intent.

I think its pretty much impossible and we shouldn't have to go pirates AND sell our entire team just to get a mission done.
Which mission are you referring to exactly?
maybe minor nit pick, but can you clarify next time that the "Activate a 6 piece Set Bonus" mission refers to classes only. i had to find out the hard way in forcing a yordle team the first game and trying a 6 class the next to confirm if it's bugged for me or not
A set bonus refers to either class or origin. Where there are 6 of either, this mission should work.
One thing to consider is that missions process after the game ends, not after you leave the game. This means that you should wait a bit after an early knock out to try and claim your rewards!

Is it actually round 11 btw? Or we need to get incredibly lucky with Pirate rng to pull it off before round 7 like on PBE?

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to imply it was some vast sin. Just as someone who writes for a living I know the woes of keeping things consistent everywhere hahaha. I'm sure you all have a harder time of it than I do since most of what I do has industry-standard terminology that I can defer to easily.
I'd love to know more about how your consistency atlas is laid out though.

Yes. Probably this is a case of whoever does the writing for their content (content in this case being text for the client) not being overly concerned with consistency. Sometimes companies don't realize how much that kind of consistency matters to an end-user.
Hello! I helped author the missions around TFT. This one is on me. We had a consistency atlas, and there were a few things that changed throughout the process due to that. This one just happened to slip through. Tummers does have it correct though that we were moving pretty darn fast. We'll make sure to pay extra attention to the verbiage in the future.
Despite some of criticism, Riot has been really stepping up their game on Teamfight tactics:
balance updates every couple of days
New champ soon to be released in tft (likely to be twisted fate)
Tft added to arcade pass
Free beta pass loot for everyone playing tft
Although the game still has many bugs (1 time my item completely disappeared after i tried to combine it) and many rng aspects, I'd say its going down a good path and everyone should have some patience for the time being (the game is still technically in beta).
This gives me the warm and fuzzies. A ton of people pulled together yesterday to bring TFT into the arcade pass.
As a Kai'sa main, I approve of this.
