• How big the update is
• That the realm goes down 3 hours before the timer ends. You should be able to start downloading the patch around 30 mins to an hour after that. The expansion starts when the timer ends.
• I might include a torrent. (Torrents don’t work for Steam)
• It’s also a reminder that Oriath Mystery Boxes leave the store when the expansion goes live.
Did they say when they are releasing info about these new uniques that work with the new ailments ?

I'm aware that the community is keen for the torrent. Typically it doesn't become available until the evening time in NZ. It's currently 11am. Here's a link to our local time.
In light of the Bethesda FO76 fiacso, I can't help but appreciate GGG even more with how transperent they are with their community.
There's an unbelievable amount of communication and I can't even begin to understand how other developers can't come anywhere close to this.
We get:
- Bex
- Detailed patch notes describing every change
- Reasons behind changes and developer opinion and design goal for these decisions
- Consistant Meta-Change to help guide players to discover other areas of gameplay/mechanics
- Clear communication about mechanical operations, company direction, bug fixes, intended gameplay mechanics, obscure wording and expansion on descriptions
- My man Mark who I idolize
And we get all of this for a F2P game that I've dumped thousands of dollars into just because I love them. I want to support other developers to go THIS direction. To thank GGG.

This is for people like me that assumed it started at the usual time. For Americans, starts 2pm EST (11am PST), instead of the usual 4pm (1pm PST)
**Edit: Looks like its 1-2 hours earlier depending on daylight savings according to Bex.
It depends where you live. The time has changed because of daylight savings changes and we started an hour earlier in NZ time to help make it easier for the European players. People's best bet is to check out the countdown. In our news post today we will include local time for everyone but it can be wrong if they're not logged in/have the wrong time settings on their account.

I don't know if this is normal, if it's my timing with the new league starting, or if there's something else, but it seems like forever for customer support to get back to me, and the problem seems like a simple fix.
I don't want to say how long I've been waiting as I don't want to skew the answers that come back in here, but to people who've dealt with customer support before, what have your experiences with GGG been like? How long have you had to wait? I'm getting pretty cheesed off here
They’re usually pretty fast but I believe they’re dealing with a backlog right now as people get prepared for the expansion. They’ll respond as soon as they possibly can. Our apologies for the wait!

hello, this is the first time ill be participating in league from day 1. i am just wondering, when does the patch usually go live, or if we will be able to preload it. also, how big are these patches usually, i have a pretty shit speed and i'm just trying to figure out if i should hype myself for the league right away, or will i have to start a bit later.
