Here is my answer from elsewhere in the thread:

My understanding is that the only craft we removed was the one that provided more Lifeforce since the infrastructure/garden maintenence part doesn't exist anymore. I need to double check but I'm pretty sure that the rest of the crafts still exist as they were - the balance changes that were made are just about how rare they are/how easy to get they are. As Chris explained in the announcement, the goal of this harvest reintegration was to pick the option that still had all the crafts possible

I can't really answer this but it was something I raised before we announced Harvest's new implementation. I think it's something that we will monitor for the future and I'll be sharing that feedback with our team during our discussions.

Harvest is part of the core game as of 3.13 so it's possible to access them once you get into maps in the Ritual League.
