Submitting a bug report is Dice saying go away and dont bother us. Yes you are the CM. You are the point of contact between Dice and their customers.
No, it’s not saying “go away”, it’s literally asking you to help us help you by providing detailed information, but I’m not going to argue with you. Take care.
Why? You dont do anything. How many patches agk was this problem supposed to be fixed. How many? Nothing gets done.
I’m a CM, not a Dev. If you don’t want to submit a bug report to have the QA team look at it, I can’t help you. Have a good day.

How many codes do you have given in total?
This week or in the last couple of giveaways or so far just today? This week will be a total of 600 codes (300 of each). Combined with the last giveaway, it will be around 1100. Total just today is 40 so far (a total of 200 by 8:30PM PDT).

My last reply was in answer to his question about the mousemats/Art Books giveaways. I already discussed the update notes process in my previous reply. Context of the conversation would make that a bit clear, right? Especially as we don’t release the notes until we’ve passed Certification and usually the day before the update.

The notes are still going through verification. We release the notes to the public the day before the update drops. When we set a release date, we’ll have more details on the contents of the update.
The mention in the main post was to give y’all an update on the progress of 4.4.
I got one code for "the best community" because all the codes for the ea play are already gone. Are you going to do another round?

Some of are wondering why week 9 was set back to week 12 today. Any idea?
I believe it’s because the nodes require the two upcoming maps (coming in 4.4 later this month).
