We asked the team a few weeks ago and I've asked again today if the items will come to the armory later or will be earnable through unlocks/progress in Tides of War Challenges.
EDIT: Nevermind just realized it's tier skip not a chapter rank. HUGE disappointment, that's the second time you give us CC. Just give us a random cosmetic at least, like you did with the Winterkrieg hat.

How does the Token works ? Does it directly gives one tier when unlocked ? Or can you use it later ? Being able to use it on the last tier would be great because it represents a lot more XP.
Also, will it give you just enough XP to finish the tier, or will it give you as much XP needed for the tier ? For example you're Tier 1 and there is 10k XP between Tier 1 and Tier 2. If you already have 2k XP out of 10k, does it give you 8k XP or 10k XP ?
This is the first time we've used them as a reward, so I've asked all the questions you've asked and should have all that info on Wednesday when I put up the Overview for the Weekly Mission.

Edit: could you stop locking rare cosmetics behind premium currency only bundles?
The game is already very stingy with it’s cosmetics, provided, you don’t want to pay more than you have (80€ in my case).
Lemme double check and see if the token is locked to Chapter 5 or can be used for other Chapters (like 6 or something).

Unfortunately, I haven't heard any new information. I'm still working to get an update on the long timer that has been called out.
Is the Lunge Mine the real ToW reward? Does it work properly?
No, it's not the ToW reward. The team is still working on fixing it - but it didn't make it in the upcoming update, so the Live Service team had to switch out the reward. Looks like it's a Chapter 5 Tier Skip Token.
Can we have a hint at what we'll be working to unlock this Thursday?
Looks like a Tier Skip Token. (Lunge Mine is not yet fixed, so they had to pull it from the reward for this week. Sorry - I REALLY want to try it out myself.)

i was banned as well a month ago in middle of the game it took me a while to contact EA support after 2 emails of trying to talk to them i got email from EA support supervisor telling me they find that i actually cheated and cant say what kinda cheat i used cuz its "company secret" to no reveal it to cheaters so they can bypass it i guess...
story short i got 1 chance and got unbanned after talking to this person i can dm you her actual email but only if you didnt use anything illegal

Yeah, the red berret would be dope. I hope we can get it in an upcoming Armory refresh or chapter, but I honestly don't know.
Full disclosure, I have been asking about those cosmetics since the end of Chapter 4. (But we had an uphill battle to get the game back on track, as I'm sure you remember, so it may have been deprioritized temporarily.)
When I am back in office on Monday, I'll hit up the cosmetics/armory team and see if there's any info I can share. Fair deal?
