My usual Friday
My usual Friday
I will ask QA to look into it. Nothing more I can do, sorry guys :(
That's the question you should ask the mod author, not us :)
I used to read it online, but now I don't really have time for it and when I do I prefer to go out with friends instead of sitting home.
I get it. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do I can only suggest you reach support again stating everything you said about drivers etc.
My bad, probably read with closed eyes since I was speaking exactly about this battle haha, thanks for pointing out.
I know, I'm a fan of DnD myself and used to play Arma a lot in which it usually takes at least several hours of play to finish one game. But I was speaking about the majority and those who are enjoying playing that long are the minority.
Which is already too long for a session game.
In RU we don't have it :) Plus because of the economic situation in RU 30$ is pretty much for a book. That's a cost for any AAA game with regional price in RU which usually cost 60$ in US or 60€ in EU.
If we speak about the data side of PTS... It should be almost the same amount of players as on live server playing for pretty long to generate data based on which we can immediately say how it will be working on live server. So even if we do mega-big rewards and PTS will have more than enough players, guess what then? The live servers will be unpopulated :) Plus I'm sure those players will never leave feedback and the feedback has nothing to do with data generated by players, kinda different things.
And I said that:
So it may happen, but I don't think so for the reasons I said above.
From now on let's discuss the feedback, shall we? For the rewards etc. you are free to create a separate topic in discussion section.
OK now, I at least get what exactly you mean :)
As we stated before, we are not going to put subs blindly in random games. We want to run a good portion of tests, including tests on a live server in a separated mode to gather good and constructive feedback from players who actually played it.
And we are definitely not going to change mechanics because some part of players "feels" those mechanics are bad/not interested etc. When we will receive proper feedback from those who played it - that's another story.
Currently, DD detect sub on a close distance, 4km I suppose (maybe wrong). Plus it can be detected if come close last seen position. So even if you don't use ping you can be detected.
That's what we waiting for haha
I believe that those players who spend their time to come on the forum and write something bad or good are the ones who truly love and care about the game so I don't mind them being sometimes too mean or whatever, I'm a player myself and totally understand it.
Regarding everything else you said, I clearly see your point and concerns, but as you said yourself - let's wait till test.
PTS server has no region. It's a worldwide server. And I don't think that we are going to increase reward and definitely we are not going to allow players to carry PTS earnings :)
Of course we can make it populated via big rewards etc but then it will be useless since such players won't be reporting bugs or leave feedback because they came just for grinding and rewards.
Regarding Mac please see the pic with system requirements and a disclaimer.
Unfortunately, Mac itself is not created for playing games. However, if you have technical issues you should contact Support.

Round one of PTS has ended. Thanks to everyone for participation, don't forget to leave us your feedback or submit a found bug in proper topics.
Just want to let you guys know. We are aware of this issue and we are currently working on a fix.
Guys, please refer to the recommended comment from Femennenly.
To play on the PTS you must complete registration using the same email you use for your main server account. Otherwise, you will see that error.
Btw does someone watching Vinland Saga? I strongly recommend this one.

UPD: You can also check if the default calls out works correctly because it may be an issue with your client itself, not the mod. And in that case, you are free to contact us for help.
You can let the modder know. We are not responsible for whatever bugs occur in modifications and they should be dealt with by the mod authors.
