Update 22:20 - We do not expect that Tranquility will be accessible for at least the next couple of hours, most likely longer. Our Ops team are exploring all possibilities as to the cause of the outage.

Appreciate you re-posting the message. We try and give as much information as we can and manage expectations. It would be disingenuous to post information that is untrue or raise expectations only for them to be dashed. We’re as honest as we can be, even if that means we have very little information to provide.

As messaged in the original post of this thread, from today (Monday May 22) PLEX payments will no longer be accepted through EVE Anywhere.
EVE Anywhere will discontinue this week on May 24.

Many of you will have received an email recapping the achievements of your characters over the past year.
If you have not received the email or wish to get statistics about a different character on your account, please send an email to [email protected] with the name of the character you wish to receive ‘End of Year’ stats for.
The character you are requesting stats for must be on an account associated with the email address you are sending the request from.
In January we will collate the requests and send out a new batch of emails.

We’re aware of an issue in which participants in ‘Prophecy FFA Proving Grounds’ are not receiving the ISK rewards.
This issue will be resolved at downtime tomorrow (26th November) and anyone who has earned ISK between downtime today and tomorrow will have their ISK rewards granted to them next week.

As per CCP Explorers reply, it looks like this was a local internet issue rather than any problem with the Tranquility server. Best recourse would be to contact your ISPs.

If you are using MAC OS Ventura (version 13.0) and are unable to start the game then please download the latest version of the launcher and install it. You should then be able to start the game.

A new version of the launcher was just released. If you download the launcher then install it the issue should be resolved.
If you have already switched your systems language then simply start the launcher, let it patch. This should resolve the issue and you are free to switch back your OS language.
