Statistical capsuleers,

Many of you will have received an email recapping the achievements of your characters over the past year.

If you have not received the email or wish to get statistics about a different character on your account, please send an email to [email protected] with the name of the character you wish to receive ‘End of Year’ stats for.

The character you are requesting stats for must be on an account associated with the email address you are sending the request from.

In January we will collate the requests and send out a new batch of emails.

Hey,

We’re aware of an issue in which participants in ‘Prophecy FFA Proving Grounds’ are not receiving the ISK rewards.

This issue will be resolved at downtime tomorrow (26th November) and anyone who has earned ISK between downtime today and tomorrow will have their ISK rewards granted to them next week.

We will update this thread once the ISK rewards have been granted. Thanks for your patience and enjoy the weekend.

Hey,

As per CCP Explorers reply, it looks like this was a local internet issue rather than any problem with the Tranquility server. Best recourse would be to contact your ISPs.

Apologies for the English post.

If you are using MAC OS Ventura (version 13.0) and are unable to start the game then please download the latest version of the launcher and install it. You should then be able to start the game.

Hey,

A new version of the launcher was just released. If you download the launcher then install it the issue should be resolved.

If you have already switched your systems language then simply start the launcher, let it patch. This should resolve the issue and you are free to switch back your OS language.

Hey,

We’re aware of issue some players are encountering when connecting to Tranquility from Australia. When attempting to log into the game players may see the error “The connection to the server was closed.”

Our devs are looking into this and we will keep you informed via this forum thread.

12:15 Reports of players in Australia having connection issues after downtime.
12:55 Looks like may be related to backbone internet providers than something specific to Tranquility.
13:10 Reports from players indicate this is resolved. Thanks to players in this thread for confirming issue is resolved.

Hey, we added a comment in the known issues relating to this. Thanks for the feedback.

  • Propaganda Beacons are working correctly but Advantage Points gained through their use is not obvious due to the user-interface not showing decimal points.
