We’re currently experiencing an issue that’s causing Tritanium, Pyerite and Mexallon that’s in the inventories of some pilots not to be displayed due to the most weird-ass chain of events in the history of EVE Online.
We’ve managed to pinpoint the problem and we need to reboot the cluster to solve it and make everyone’s minerals visible again.
We’ll be starting a 30 minute shutdown timer at 14:00 UTC, and will be taking the cluster down at 14:30 UTC for a short, unscheduled reboot.
There’ll be updates in this thread as we go.

Tranquility is currently experiencing database issues. Server will be coming down for a restart soon.
Tranquility has been taken offline for a fast unscheduled reboot to hopefully resolve the issue!
Tranquility is now back online in VIP mode while we faultfind, hopefully we’ll be back online soon!

Tranquility is currently suffering from a database issue that’s necessitated shutdown of the cluster while we resolve the problem.
Work is currently ongoing to square things away and we’ll hopefully be back up and running as soon as possible.

Quite a few of us play fairly regularly and fairly hardcore, we just stay away from positions of influence or high profile because it would result in us being outed.
Playing anonymously and not revealing your identity is mandatory, but in all honesty given the way EVE players behave, it's for the best.
I tried to play outed once, and it lasted about four hours due to constant evemail spam and suicide ganking for no other reason that the players in question knew there was a dev behind the keyboard.
The reason we don't play openly is because it would affect the sandbox and we'd get harassed well beyond the realms of what's considered acceptable targeting of an individual in EVE.
If we played openly, we wouldn't get the experience of "playing" the game as a player.
Maybe I'm blind, but is this not missing bounty payouts?
