Thank you all for the feedback so far. Keep it coming. We did push everything to the test server for a reason!

Below you can see a non-exhaustive list of things we will be looking into immediately (well from Monday on):

• Revisiting all cycle times for all compression modules
• Reducing the Orca Industrial Core cycle duration
• All Waste Probabilities will be revisited. We will be looking into using the same profile for drones as in modules
• Ways to bring back gas harvesting bonuses to frigates. This might have a further effect of introducing Barges/Exhumers gas bonuses
• Potential increase of fitting attributes for Barges/Exhumers
• Adjusting the Porpoise main and specialized holds
• What the implication would be if we allow moon ore compression with a 90% efficiency in structures
• Adding a PvP timer when Type C crystals are used in highsec.
• Changing the pre-requisites for Gas/Ice compression skills

There is no intent to change this mechanic for the time being.

In regards to the payout:
Current setting in Singularity don’t reflect TQ settings.
The payout system is designed in a way that we can quickly make changes.
This should be demonstrated shortly when the expected initial TQ settings are applied to singularity!
You should expect a max payout per tick of around 150mil.

ESSs are in solar systems with the Dynamic Bounties System active. Solar systems with the DBS active have an equilibrium (and as such starting) multiplier of 1.15 which is a 15% increase in current bounties.

Thank you for the post!

In the blog, the comparison is done based on the end result, produced by a single fitting of two different modules (in this case how much damage will be applied). So the question being answer is “How much more damage is mitigated by module B compared to module A” (effectiveness comparison for single fitting).

Now, you have done a magnificent work, but you are answering a slightly different question. Your example answers the question of “How many of module A does it take to get the same result as a single module B” (required modules to reach same effectiveness). Something that is very useful in many cases indeed.

So module B is 40% more effective than module A
but
it takes around 1.32 A modules to reach the same effectiveness of a single module B.

We will try to be more clear in future on how we communicate these kind of details.

This has been identified. We want to look into this. The rules that are being established through the tiericide process will be used to drive changes in manufacturing and distributions.
