Alternatively, if that takes too long you could also try the "Repair" option from the main login menu. It should be on the right hand side and looks like a wrench/tool. That should look for any corrupted files and reinstall them.

To second this, we do have a process setup to check and restore accounts if they were falsely lost through the previous issue/exploit. It isn't as quick for us to do through community channels, but if you can't find help with support make a new thread and tag us (or use this one again).

We have some changes coming either late Season 3 or in Season 4 that should help with that! No specific details at this time though.

Interesting, if it was in the test build it should be out this season or in season 4, but we'll have to double check on that specifically since it seems like it should have dropped already with the Season 3 update. Thanks for calling that out. We'll try to get back to you once we hear back!

Heya, just to confirm this is the Sony survey right? If so, we did check into that last week and got confirmation that it is being pushed soon but we are waiting on an ETA to share back with you all. We'll ping again and try to share that info soon.

Heya, that's actually one of the reasons we aren't sure what we are doing with the mode just yet because of those types of rewards that we don't want to lock away or block people from completing. Appreciate this suggestion though and we'll circle it up to the team talking about all of that

Hey there! Hmmm, don't think the team is aware of this issue. We'll alert them so they can check it out. Is the issue just that no data at all is showing? When did you first notice this issue starting? With the Season launch or before that?

Hmmm, haven't heard that one yet. We'll look into it and ping the teams about it. Happen to have a video or anything that shows the messed-up spawns? As for the LMG unfortunately we can't say, but you all being vocal with what guns you want certainly helps 😉

Was that account itself lost? If so, have you tried recovering the ATVI account through the support options here for account recovery: https://support.activision.com/options

Heya, sorry we forgot to follow up last time. We did hear back from our security team and they confirmed the account was banned purposefully for being detected using third party tools and software. We can't give out specifics on what was specifically detected, but this is usually something like virtual machines/software (like unsupported and unsecure emulators) to circumvent the games' security and modify things like your profile, ranking, equipment, items, and more.

With all of that said, once again apologies for the long delay in response but we do have to stick by this ban. We know nothing other than a ban reversal is satisfactory, but hopefully this helps provide some clarity.

Heya, sorry for the long delay! We looked into this extensively and found no evidence that the account was deleted through that previously patched up request exploit. Any idea when you last logged in and what your linked ATVI account was? Also, is your ATVI account still active or also deleted/inaccessible?
