I was trying to delete my alternate account, because I don’t use it anymore. I entered the information associated with it, but somehow my main account ended up getting deleted instead.
Hey, sorry to hear that happened and thanks for explaining. If you went through that legitimate account deletion process then those accounts are permanently gone once the process is complete. Unfortunately we cannot recover them.

Sorry you ran into that and especially when trying to qualify, and thanks for taking the time here to try to report it. You said you weren't able to grab any of their info because it was hidden? No UID or case sensitive username? We haven't been able to find it through manually checking via this clip.

You'll be able to check yourself in about 6 hours when this draw goes live! But also, it would be very weird if there was an Akimbo option and we didn't mention it in anything.
Any plans on adding voice lines for ronin, listening to him with default voice feels so wrong.
Just took a look through our VO library, both current and upcoming, and we are sorry to say but it does not look like he has any VO coming in the near future. It could still happen though if we add and feature more of his Operator skins (or he becomes a major narrative character).

Heya, just that very specific Yegor skin? If so, that's very odd. Usually those VO issues are across multiple (if not all) of an Operator's skins. Anyways, thanks for that and we'll check it out. If it is an issue on multiple of his skins please do let us know as well.
What happened to epic crossbow seasonal challenge. We didn't got enough time to complete it. Only hard grinders able to complete it. Hope you will do justice for normal players like us. We only got 2,3 days to complete and that challenge need more time.
Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the progression bug with it until about 24 hours before the event ended and normally, to your point, we would just extend the event to make up for that bug. However, due to technical reasons with switching from Season 2 to Season 3 we could not extend it. We are looking to see if we can return it in a future event in order to provide a fair chance to earn it again.
I know that, I’m asking will it be here after this current season.
That's a bit unclear at the moment, but it will safely reside there for the rest of Season 3 at least. We'll provide an update on that once we have new information we can share.
Is the New Mode (pioneer league or tournament mode) coming this season or next season?
You must be someone who checked out the test server if you are asking about that haha. We can't confirm what that mode is yet, but it is currently planned for Season 4. However, the reason we can rarely talk about things too far in advance is because that isn't confirmed yet and it may get moved around. Once we can confirm and tease it directly (or bluntly talk about it) we'll try to do so in a community update.
