We were thankfully able to fix this one after just a few hours from our last reply. We are trying to see if we can push this event into Season 3 to help give some more time to complete it, but that may be technically a problem.

Heya, we can try to look into this for you. However, just to clarify was your original account a guest account? Some of your comments made it sound like that may be the case, in which case it could have been lost just due to not backing it up/syncing it up between app updates.

If that isn't the case though, could you PM us and let us know any details you might have about your old account, like UID, Player ID, or Username? We can check and try to confirm if it is a account deletion request.

Please don't attempt any additional purchases and feel free to reach out to our in-game support so they can log this bug for your specific account. However, all in all just please hang tight while we work on this and if feel free to reach out to our support in-game, or us here, any time for updates.

We are aware of this issue and looking into it! You shouldn't need to report it anywhere, but if you'd like please reach out to our in-game chat and let them know. Generally though, we can detect who is affected by this kind of bug and we'll send replacements/compensation directly to your inbox once we sort that out. Just hang tight!

This is affecting all uk, eu and asia.

Problem is that the new chipset has brand new gpu that codm doesn't recognize and forcing the phone to only do low graphics and high framerate at best. Basically low end device default settings.

The same phone in USA using the latest version of Snapdragon 8 gen 1 allows very high graphics and max framerate. The UK, eu and asia version should match this setting as well at the minimum

Heya, we are actually planning some fixes/improvements with that device in our next update, which should be releasing just before Season 3. Please let us know if you aren't seeing a significant improvement after that update.

Possibly! We can't spoil anything in advance, but we are looking into those options right now and for some upcoming seasons (like seasons coming soon rather than ones coming later).

Hello! Thanks for the questions.
1. Next season! We have a Redux coming.
2. We aren't aware of general issues with that and generally linking one account shouldn't stop you from linking others, but to your follow up question we don't have a way to unlink accounts and replace them with others. Sorry. It is a bit of a rigid system.
3. That's actually just something that Facebook's linking allowed us to do and simply, while the others didn't similarly provide that option. We aren't aware of any changes coming to that season in the future, but we'll double check and ask!

Heya, that sounds like the type of thing that would normally happen if the resource isn't downloading because it is an optional download. However, you are seeing that still after equipping it or viewing the model? Either of those options should force it download the asset and fix that. If not, sounds like it is a real bug and we can look into it.

Heya, there are some K9 unit changes in the upcoming update (the one that will come right before Season 3), but Persistence is still being tinkered with and discussed. Hopefully we'll find a great way to adjust that to make it still valuable to lower K/D players and less frustrating to highly competitive players.
