Personally, we agree that there is something a bit off there in relation to how long it takes for those to come back and be accessible in some way. We are hoping to solve that through new events or other ways to give an opportunity to snag things like Scorestreaks, Operator Skills, and Perks.
Hey everyone, so on top of the polls we put out we also have an open ended question for anyone who is willing to share. In as few or as many words as you would like, please reply and let us know how you feel about operator and weapon content so far in 2022?
Some examples, that could be about specific new weapons, weapon blueprints, weapon camos, weapons you'd like to see, and similarly for Operators. Really, anything related to weapon and operators that have released in 2022 (especially around quality related feedback, good or bad), we would love to hear it below! Thank you

If it is accounts being deleted, then yes we can absolutely check into that but ideally through one of our actual Player Support channels so your information can be gathered discreetly. Possibly! Depends if that's a bug or just an update to the weapon. Could you share any details, like if you happen to have any examples of how it used to sound compared to now? Also, it changed names like u/Syafiq_KP mentioned?
I understand that devs but tbh it was kinda unfair when undead seige came out and got so many updates meanwhile classic Round based zombies came in season 2 2019 got no updates to the mode we didn't get the Nacht der utoten for global and got removed 2020 for no reason at all explain that devs
Understandable and especially if you weren't around when we originally announced that mode being removed. Kind of similar to Undead Siege, we had it available for a while and tested it out, but it didn't have enough engagement.
A lot of people would play it right when it came out or was updated, and then very few afterwards. We then had to make a choice to try to revamp the mode and spend a lot of resources doing that, or to use that on things like events, Blackout, BR updates, MP maps, and everything else that feels "normal" to most people now.
Undead Siege was our attempt #2 at a Zombies mode, but we still (based on the original release) don't have any interest in bringing back the first zombies mode. We instead prefer to invest that time and energy into new content.
Question please and thank you. Why CODM department only answers a few of you guys and not every player in the game, that's just crazy in my point of view. I send them a message and still no response at all. SMH
Heya, well sadly it would be impossible for us to reach out to everyone who messages. For our community team here we instead try to focus on larger methods of communicating, like public responses or of course these updates that get information out to thousands instead of just one person. However, we have in-game support chat that is meant to be specifically one on one for any issues or bugs.

Yes of course, but so is Prestige and other features that we've evaluated, and aren't interested in adding at this time. Not everything that is requested is eventually added, but we will consider and discuss all feedback.
Can we hope to see to Firing Range background change? We’ve had since the game’s inception.
The one in the Multiplayer lobby? If so, we are actually looking into changing that soon. We'll share some info once we can confirm that, but we know that is a long-requested change.
Yeah season 3 is cold war themed right? Can we expect to see more black ops cold war content?
While we can't confirm anything about Season 3, most definitely to your question about more Cold War content coming in future seasons

Always a good call if you are actually streaming, but otherwise it shouldn't be necessary for any reason. Just double check and make sure your account/profile info is all showing up correctly as asterisks instead of actual numbers.

Heya, we don't believe that one is dropping in Season 3 but there is a different Mythic coming back as a Redux.

Heya, thanks for the kind words and for the questions. We actually don't have any immediate news or hints at any new WW2 related content coming. If it isn't clear from our first teasers, Season 3 is definitely not themed around that haha. However, that doesn't rule out that possibility for future seasons this year.

We are essentially adding more and more participating regions each season (at least for subscriptions). We are just testing them and rolling them out slowly. We'll try to announce new regions alongside the S3 update to let everyone know. Also, yes there will be a new Mythic Redux next season and we think it is the most frequently requested one
