Why the legit leaderboard players are getting banned and the hackers are still playing ?
That's a bit of complicated one, but we've manually been going through and reviewing a lot of those after various reports from both players and the community. Many of those high-level players we've unbanned after reviewing and are also examining others in case they are cheating. It is an ongoing battle.

This is definitely one of those achievements that is long-term and while some people may rush through them it is still always worth celebrating for completing them any time. Well done! 
Firstly thanks for undead Siege mode , it's awesome! Also any plans to bring new characters to be bp as siren , dame , templar , artery or alias ? Would be good to see more varients of those ingame though Bp.

The bug where the ping spikes every few seconds is still not fixed. Can you please look into this. It's getting really annoying now. Haven't been able to play since the update landed. Hopefully you see this and address this
Hey, sorry to hear you are still running into that. Are you in India as well? If so, would you mind sharing here (or via PM) your device type and network provider? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting like restarting your device, repairing the game, using a different Wifi network (different provider) or reinstalling?
also please fix the deposit button on the communal warehouse, it was working perfectly when Zombies came, but the following update broke it, and now it only works on personal warehouse, and drag and dropping one by one to the shared warehouse is a serious pain in the *ss
Appreciate that note and call-out, we are not aware of that bug. We'll check it out soon once we step away from replying to you all on Reddit, but just to be clear you are saying that there is no longer any quick way to transfer to the shared warehouse and you can only drag and drop?
Great season as usual nice work but are you guys aware that some characters lost their voice lines after the update ? Like: Helen Park - Spirit , Otter ( the season 5 battle pass ) , Tengu ( ranked reward ) and Alex bounty hunter's voice lines are missing since season 4. I hope you can fix it in the next update.
Hey, first off thank you and secondly yes we are aware of a variety of VO issues. However, Alex is still missing his VO lines for the Bounty Hunter variant? That was supposed to be fixed back in that season 
. We'll check into that one too.
I really enjoy this game, the last COD that I enjoyed so much was on BO2, thank you for making this game exist
By the way, just out of curiosity, can we wait for any WaW or WW2 themes in future seasons?
Thanks for sharing the kind words and it is always a pleasure to hear about the game having a positive effect like that ! Also, yeah we've done one WW2 theme in the past and it is likely that will have another in the near future just due to the large number of WW2 based COD titles, and how much content there is to pull from those.
From the past few days I'm experiencing high ping issues (india) please fix this.
Heya, is that the issue we mentioned in the update where it is frequently disconnecting you from matches or just more of a general high ping? Also, is it just for the past few days or since Season 6 launch?
If it is just the past few days, have you tried restarting your phone, playing on a different wifi network, or doing some basic tests to see if it is localized to your device, network, or just general area?
Any chances of seeing a 10v10/ground mission playlist this season? Any chance of seeing those becomes permanent? 👀
Also, were br markers not showing distance to target on the compass anymore an intended change? It feels slow to have to open the map constantly to see that info now.
Hey hey, yeah there is actually a 10v10 playlist coming on the 17th (it is in the calendar at the top of this update). No news on those becoming permanent though, but 10v10 is popular enough at the moment that lately it has been available at least once every season.
Also, in relation to the BR map the only potential intentional change we see that might have affected that is this from the patch notes:
"Icons in mini map optimized: Info icons (such as teammate, enemy location, scorestreaks etc.) in the mini map will change in size based on the player's location, and enemies’ altitude information will also be displayed above their red dots in the mini map."
That doesn't imply that the distance market would disappear though. Is it always gone for you or just sometime, which may be intentional if it is related to it changing in size based on your location.
Guys, any new pistols coming soon? we love the shorty, even though it's not a pistol, but it's nice to have different guns as secondary..
Heya, there is a new secondary coming next season but it is not a pistol! That's all you get out of us for now 
any improvements in the gunsmith? thermal scope, zoom variable scope, hybrid scope. bullet velocity mechanics, aim stability? also graphical enhancements to epic and legendary blueprints such as visual changes by gunsmithing system and blueprint overlay by completionist camouflages ?
We actually have Gunsmith improvements in every one of those major updates (every other season) where we are updating individual attachments, whether it is the look, stats, or function. That doesn't include, currently, visual changes to way those blueprints mesh (or don't mesh to put it more accurately) with completionist camos. It is a known request though! Lastly, for new things like thermal or hybrid scopes we don't have any news on those coming in an upcoming release.

Hahaha, yeah Reddit was very much all about that AK47 and Going Dark, but since it was open to all players and all regions of CODM there was a lot of fight against the AK47. Almost though! It was a clear #2.
In regards to the Kilo Bolt-Action, we haven't heard anything about that being reworked. I think we can all agree that the Marksman Rifles are a bit underutilized though, so hopefully we can balance them back out in the near future in another weapon balance update.

The fun thing about the story elements of Undead Siege in CODM is that it is kind of a central place for all things Call of Duty. The whole game is based around this idea that it can pull from the best and greatest of COD but isn't tied to any specific series or storylines. With Undead Siege it is the same where it isn't meant to continue any other particular ZOMBIES storyline, but can instead be it owns kind of separate space that lightly connects to the rest of the world of COD.

Heya, yeah we saw this earlier (thanks for reporting as well) and also saw it resolve a few hours ago. Are you still seeing any kind of issue related to this? Looked like the issue with matchmaking lasted 2 hours or so and then everything returned to normal.

We don't have any news on how long the mode will stay in-game right now, but it will at least be here for all of Season 6 (so until the end of August). We are still evaluating the long-term potential of it based on a variety of factors, but one of the main factors is just how much people are playing it.
