It's not, no. There are a couple of things that can affect your fps though. The temperature of your device and the battery level. When the temp gets too high or the battery level low, the fps will be limited.

No it still happens.also happens in creative. Somehow when i screen record then it happens less. So now everygame i start screen recording when on the spawn island. If i move to quickly then it lags and almost every time before freezing, there is lag for a split second and then I'm like "it's gonna freeze again" . Somehow voice chat works even after i freeze. One game i was in a car and it froze, i could still hesr the music from the car radio and voice chat was working too.

If you are using a Samsung please try turning off the 'Adaptive' setting. Settings/Display/Motion Smoothness.
