Heya! As u/RyyFNM said, you can switch this off by heading into settings, selecting Video, and then adjusting the 'Quality Presets' option. When you do this you will need to restart the game to see the change take effect.

You can reach out to Player Support without using your dad's email. You could contact them with a different email address but, you will need to verify account ownership if you reach out to them without logging in first.

V-Bucks purchased on Playstation and on Switch are only available on the platform you purchase them on and not across platforms but the items you purchase with the V-Bucks can be used on any platform.

u/CatBlips_Epic, sorry to mention you, but would you be so kind as to clarify if the experience is displaying correctly in the game? Or are the hotfixes just not applied correctly and we're getting less experience than indicated?
