u/CatBlips_Epic, Hi, sorry for being tiresome, I understand that the Fortnite team is very busy preparing things for the new season and the final event of this season, but since update 17.40 the music packs mentioned above sound even lower than before. I hope the Fortnite team finds a way to fix them, because I love each and every one of the packs in the game.
I understand that the sound on Nintendo Switch is difficult to fix, but the music pack audio problem occurs on all platforms.

We are looking into it. Generally, bugs like this involve a fair bit of testing and investigation to find out why it happened. Then of course they put together a fix, test the fix then get it out with a patch release. It can take a little time but don't worry, it is on the teams radar!

The same thing happen with galaxia (1st crew pack skin) when i eds on ps4 the hair gets in the way a lot! (Can't barely see the other player when i shoot) Can you look into this too please?? i love this skin and its very annoying i dont even play with her anymore! Thank you :)

They are working correctly. Try disconnecting your Twitch link to your Epic account and then reconnect to see if that helps (hopefully it does!)
