Hey u/Sheybabez99 I believe this error is due to something with your Playstation account. Try logging out and back in to the PSN account and/or restarting the console. If that doesn't work I would suggest reaching out to their support team.
Heya u/gidawhkh! What u/Zerobics said is correct. These are styles for existing outfits and not new outfits. Take a look in your locker and see if you can see the styles when selecting 'Edit Style'.

What's "the token"?
It's a Battle Pass gift token. If they purchased the Battle Pass gift and it didn't send through to you it is possible they have the token still on their account. The best bet is they reach out to player support so it can be looked into it though
