Private Leagues for Path of Exile: Expedition are now available!

The Private Leagues for the Path of Exile: Expedition launch are now available! For those of you planning to play in a Private Expedition League at launch, you are now able to create them beforehand. Click here to set up your Private League (don't forget to double check the start time of your league upon creating it)! Please note that you won't be able to participate in these events until they officially launch on July 23rd (PDT).

Videos of Aesir Supporter Packs

Alongside the Expedition expansion reveal last week, we released our new Aesir and Soulkeeper Supporter Packs. Some players were concerned that the videos we showed of the Aesir pack did not accurately represent what they received in-game, so we have prepared this post to explain what happened.

Game assets like armour sets and wings look different depending on what lighting environment they are in. We filmed the videos for the Aesir packs in a dark, moody environment, causing the microtransactions to look dark and moody. If you wear the microtransactions in brighter areas, then they look quite different. We should have shown a variety of environments so that it was clear that the microtransactions would look bright in a bright area and dark in a dark area.

In the Expedition League, you'll be able to earn exclusive microtransactions by completing 40 new challenges. At 12, 24 and 36 challenges, you'll earn the Expedition Footprints, Expedition Weapon Effect and Expedition Portal Effect respectively. Completing challenges also grants you pieces of the Expedition Totem Pole Hideout decoration. You can have a look at them below!



You'll be able to check out the full list of challenges you need to complete for these rewards when Path of Exile: Expedition launches for PC on July 23rd and for console on July 28th.
