No one is tricking you into anything. There is clear and big backup vehicle when you move mouse cursor over vehicle that was already used and can be used again 2nd time (with backup feature). You do not need to remember anything, the icon is there when you try to spawn 2nd time.

You’ve brought to our attention a number of issues with the British Challenger 2 tanks (and now also the Challenger 3). We’re currently in the process of checking and rechecking your reports. Some of these have already been accepted and we’ll be starting work on them soon, and in addition to this some changes have already been made, which you’ll be able to see after the update. However, some of these reported issues are still quite contentious, and as such we’re not in a position to give a completely thorough reply just yet. Example: SBD-3 with the gun pods turns into a monster. 6 .50 cals at 2.0 is very effective. I think that those gun pods should increase the BR to 2.7

Vehicles BR is calculated ot vehicles performance in battle, no matter the loadout you take.

Right now, without this system many players are confusing different versions of vehicles and complain on "How it's possible to face XYZ when I am on X.XBR?!".
And now multiple it with different BRs for SAME vehicle.
Think on the idea a bit.

IMHO It's not a good idea. This will create mass confusion among players and even more complains on balance in battle.

Level in War Thunder has virtually no meaning. You can have lvl 100 and not even have played a single ground battle. The same with aircraft or navy.
It's the overall level of the player. A level 100 player may have fewer battles played with a particular type of machine than a level 2 player.
