We do not have "Global Chat". On peak we have +200,000 players on server. Players from around the world, that are using all the languages. We do not see a reason to have such channel.
If you want to join official EN chat, you can always find it pinned at top of the list.

When you are in tech tree, take a look at bottom right corner of it. There is a checkbox. If you mark it, you will research helicopters while playing ground vehicles.
Unmark that checkbox.

No clue what you are doing, that you are earning only 600RP per match, but I guess it's related with your tactics.
If you want to increase your SL/RP gain i suggest to create new thread, where you can ask for advice on how to play more efficient.
But please be aware, we have rules on our forum.

We do not need separate servers. Xbox players has no advantage over other players.
If you are console player, you can switch off crossplay and play only with players from your platform (but that will obviously make queue time much longer).

We are protecting both your and our interests.
We will not lower our protections, nor on website, nor on game.
It's really sad that you think that internet transactions should not be protected as much as it's possible.
Please take few minutes and read on how 2FA works and how it lowered possibility of account hacking.

Yeah, I understand. The thing is, Helicopters are part of Ground Battles, not Air Battles.

Or after the battle, as a additional reward?

AFAIK Due to the lower population on the SA server (at certain times) the matchmaker could not create a battle (resulting in very long waiting times). That's why now it's named AUTO - because if server cannot find players to battle on SA server, it will switch search to next server with lowest PING
