Just switch your settings and play. You will see that it's nothing nice when you need to play on such settings. There are people who are forced to play game on ULQ (due to weak hardware) and I really doubt any of them will reject possibility to switch settings to anything higher, if they would have such option.

You can increase your RP gain from battle with boosters, but you do it only for your account.

Please provide evidences that RP gain was changed. All data is available in game - visible in stat cards. You are just making things up, without any evidences.
We do not change such things without notice in changelog. If we do eco/rp changes, we announce it earlier on forum and then, when goes live, we announce it in changelog on our website, in game and on Steam.

2 weeks ago when I was flying I got about 15 to 21k points with Talisman depending on how much I won or lost. Now I only get 8 to 12k points with the same planes and the same actions

There was no changes in RP gain nor any other changes related to RP in game.

Before you start to edit them, it's always best to save them to file (there is an option in control menu).

Obviously many players, for whom Latin characters are not the primary (and usually only) alphabet prefer to use their native alphabet.
That's why now you can see many nicknames, that looks strange for someone, who knows only Latin characters. But for players from China, Japan, Korea and, for example countries, where you use Cyrillic-based characters, it's much easier to recognize friends etc.
