Controls are saved on local machine (your PC). They are not stored on server.
Before you start to edit them, it's always best to save them to file (there is an option in control menu).

Obviously many players, for whom Latin characters are not the primary (and usually only) alphabet prefer to use their native alphabet.
That's why now you can see many nicknames, that looks strange for someone, who knows only Latin characters. But for players from China, Japan, Korea and, for example countries, where you use Cyrillic-based characters, it's much easier to recognize friends etc.

Ban = you will never get banned map.
Dislike = there is a smaller chance you will get disliked map, but you still can get it.

Check what ping you will have on RU, EU or SA servers. Limiting selection to only one server can extend your waiting time (especially on specific time of day). Depends on hour, you will get to battle much faster, and ping should not be a big deal on Arcade RB (if you are playing ground, sorry, maybe I missed the info).

What server you have selected?
What game mode? What specific BR?
And what is your time zone?

I am playing mostly Ground RB (EU, RU, US, GMT 7:00-20:00) and I cannot recall waiting more than 10-20 seconds for battle.

Any player can play on any server he want. It's up to player to decide where he want to be. Some players select all the servers due to fact, that this will shorten their queue times.
