Has this issue started after the latest 2.7 update?
Are you able to access any other servers (ex: official servers, single player, etc)?
Regarding finding your server, please make sure you check your filters at the top of the screen. You should be able to customize the server view to only show you the servers you want to find.

We’ve just released a new update for the PlayStation platform. This update will fix the parity issue from patch 2.7.
Conan Exiles and Conan Outcasts will now be on the same version and cross-play between these two is available again.
