We know that some of you had trouble with the Twitch Drops items and we apologize for that. It was our first time trying the drops and we learned a lot from this experience.

We’ve collected your feedback and will apply it to make future campaigns even more awesome!
We also hope to make the items featured in this past event available in future campaigns as well.

It sounds like you did not managed to claim the items in time. After watching the stream you need to manually claim the items in your Twitch Drops section.
Can you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing in the Twitch Drops section?

The nudity fix did not make it into 2.4.4 but it will be added in our next update for PlayStation.

Hello everyone,

Can you try the following and see if it helps?

1. Click the Link Twitch Account button in game main menu
2. Click the Open Twitch Settings Webpage button and verifying that there is no connection to Conan Exiles. It is important to do this in game, if there are any problems with differences between Twitch and in game status of linking.
3. Close the Twitch webpage and wait a few seconds.
4. Click again on the Link Twitch Account button in game main menu

If there is still information about already connected Twitch account, try to log into any server and then go back to main menu.

Also please keep in mind that you cannot see the rewards if you don’t have prerequisite feats yet.

We are currently investigating the mount issue that can happen in water.
If you can, could you please send us a video of the horse having this problem on the difficult rock passage, like you mentioned in your report?
If you are unable to record a video, please send us a screenshot of the map location and the coordinates.
This will really help out the team get to the bottom of this issue.

Unfortunately neither the Xbox or PS4 patch have been certified at this point. We will thus not be able to deliver on the expectation of patching this month, for which we apologize. We were too optimistic with the timeline.
We of course plan to release both as soon as possible, and are working on addressing any issues and coordinating with both Microsoft and Sony to have the certification completed in the shortest possible time frame. Currently we do not have a clear estimate for the releases, but will share with you once we do.
Though we don’t have a clear estimate for the releases, this does mean we missed the window for this week.

Hello everyone!

I’m super exited to join the team and I’m probably gonna reach out for that coffee machine when you are not looking @Ignasis insert evil laugh here

I will share my experience with the team and I know we will be able to do great things moving forward as knowledge attracts knowledge.
Besides work I enjoy spending time playing any kind of games (video games, board games) and also spending time with my cats.
Maybe we can make my cats mini helpers as they are always around the keyboard, especially since this year I was able to work remotely more.

Hope I can get to know everyone better as time passes and please be patient with me as I try to adjust to this new role.
