Isn't it all the same random abilities from the last DUMMIE day? Area Heal/emergency Piniata/Emergency Dance Party and random item launch for a tactical? (E.D.P. was cool back before Mirage got it, but thats because it was "This is what Mirage should be" and he was all the better for it when it went live.)
I was really hoping for new sets of abilities this time around; whether or not they ever manifest themselves into a legend, DUMMIE days are huge opportunities to show the community a taste of tacticals and ultimates that may never make it past playtesting.
It's unchanged from last time, yeah. We've got a whole bunch of cool stuff cooking and season 6 was a big ole patch, so we didn't really have time to also make a bunch of new LTMs. I don't know how it is for you, but I enjoy revisiting the modes I like (and don't mind skipping the ones I know I don't). There will obviously be new LTMs at some point! I really hope we didn't set an expectation with the September Soiree that these would be new, because that wasn't our intention.
Also making a new ability that is fun and doesn't crash the game is a surprising amount of work! It's not like we can just copy pasta some cool experimental ability we've got lying around into Dummy's Big Day. Unfortunately that's not how game dev works (or if it is, no one told me!)
