@nurfcy Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

How to power cycle:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.

We have now restored full functionality for Loadout save states. Adjustments you make will once again carry over between rounds and gameplay sessions.

We appreciate your patience while our teams have worked to restore expected Loadout behaviour.

An upside down black triangle with an exclamation mark in it on a teal background. This represents a Battlefield 2042 service interrupted that has been restored.

You'll continue to experience an adjustment in save states for your Loadout between rounds.

Your Loadouts are currently locked to their pre-Update 1.2 settings, and adjustments made mid-round will continue to reset to their previous state in the next round.

Thanks for the patience whilst our teams look to set this back to normal. We'll have new information on this tomorrow.

Hi @JollyJollof, If hotspot is working then I recommend reaching out to your ISP its something with your ISP that's not working with APEX.
