It's not possible to merge progress between two different Xbox & EA accounts. Since you have more progress in one account in Apex but for other games, you use a different account, you will need to continue using the two accounts to keep the progress. Unlinking the accounts to then link to the EA account you want to use, would cause you to lose progress in your games, so that wouldn't be an option for you here. Knowing that, probably the best option is to keep both of your Xbox profiles in your console and just switch between them when needed.

They suggested installing the game on the EA app as this helps to push through the purchase for some cases. Since you still didn't receive the coins you will need to get in touch with them again.

As you mentioned you have already sent a dispute to the Terms of Service team, if it is declined then the sanction will remain in place. Since it was declined, I'd suggest you update your username.
Regarding the account name, Apex will use your Steam name if you use Steam to launch the game. There's no other way to have a different nickname in Apex if you use Steam to launch the game.
