Could you tell me which version of the Xbox app you’re running? Click your user → ‘Settings’ → ‘About’, and a version number should be listed at the top. Please copy and paste it in here.

To confirm, have you already checked for updates via: Right-click Darktide - ‘Manage’ → ‘Files’ → ‘Check for Updates’?

Here’s the developer’s explanation, if you’re interested in knowing more

I’ve noticed some weapons occasionally do not register the kills appropriately, both melee and ranged. I’m looking in to it and I’ll make note of this!

This will be resolved in an upcoming patch. Thank you for your report and apologies for the inconvenience.

We are aware of this and will soon be implementing an option that allows the user to clear new notifications themselves, which will provide a solution for this.

The crash data is truncated unfortunately, do you have another crash report you could pop in here?

Thank you! Could you try removing your AppData and see if there’s any improvement?

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
  4. Delete the entire Darktide directory

Please bear in mind this may wipe any custom options and your keybindings. Your progress will not be impacted as it’s stored on our end.

  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
  4. Delete the entire Darktide directory

I can’t seem to locate your account - would you be able to reach out to us at https://fatshark.se/support with the URL to your Steam profile please?

Comment

Are you certain the Blessing was extracted from an Eviscerator? As Blessings must be extracted from the same Weapon Pattern.

Otherwise please reach out to us at https://fatshark.se/support with the URL to your Steam profile and we’ll check it out!

I apologise I don’t have any immediate solutions for you, but I’ve raised this with our developers.

I’ve added this to our database. Thank you!

Look in to whether Windows Defender (Antimalware Service Executable) is interfering in this situation and whether you need to add any exclusions. Real Time Protection especially, can interfere with loading times

Sorry about this. Do you have any other console logs or crash reports you could send our way please?

I ask as unfortunately the data is truncated in the existing logs. :frowning:
