We were having some problems with our crash reporter at the time and a lot of the crash data from this particular report has been lost in the vortex :frowning: do you have an updated crash report you could send my way please?

@BeardedJQB it looks like you had something else running, that was using Easy Anti-Cheat at the time:

EACAsyncResult: 4 Message: 'An incompatible Easy Anti-Cheat service is already running. Please exit other running games or reboot'.

Have you been able to work around this since?

If this is still occurring for you, would you be able to send me an up-to-date crash report please? We were having some problems with our crash reporting service at the time, and unfortunately your crash report here was impacted by that issue. :frowning:

Have you had any luck in launching yet? If not, do you have any console logs in this directory that you could upload, please?:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs

If no console logs are available, is there a darktide_launcher.log in the parent directory? :slight_smile:
