Do you have Windows Spatial Sound enabled, out of interest?

The installation seems to be missing the appropriate Easy Anti-Cheat installer, I’m chatting to our Release Manager about it.

@EdwardNigma Could you see if changing Anti-Aliasing also works for you?

Unfortunately, I can see both of your PCs will be unable to run Darktide due to being under-specced. I appreciate we have yet to publish the Minimum Requirements.

What are your PC’s specifications please?

Please include any crash reports produced. Thank you!

Have you tried the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option?: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

This has been resolved internally. However, I am unsure as to whether we will be able to patch this in during the remainder of the CBT, unfortunately.

I can also see some here are attempting to play using Windows 7, which is not supported. More information :arrow_right: WINDOWS 7/8/8.1 and DARKTIDE

We are aware some players are experiencing the error seen below:

This has been identified as a result of Kaspersky Total Security automatically quarantining the CrashifyUploader.exe without notification.

The CrashifyUploader.exe is used to upload crash data to our servers, and is not malicious software.

You should be able to restore the CrashifyUploader.exe via Kapersky Total Security. Additional exceptions may need to be put in place to prevent the issue reoccurring.

If you are not using Kapersky Total Security but are experiencing the same error, please look in to whether your Anti-Virus could be interfering with your installation.

Hello! Are your drivers up-to-date?

Post

We have identified an issue impacting RTX GPUs in which the ‘Auto’ option for ‘Super Resolution’ (DLSS) does not work correctly.

We recommend manually enabling the ‘Super Resolution’ (DLSS) option, instead of leaving it on ‘Auto’.

You should see a substantial performance boost with this.

Is there a log in there simply named ‘launcher’? Not in the console log directory, but in the parent ‘Darktide’ directory?
