I will learn about what the issue was/is and let you know, likely tomorrow, as I don’t want to distract our developers during a hotfix build!

I should add we are aware that this seems to be isolated to Windows 10, as those on Windows 11 seem to be unaffected. AMD are in the loop.

I apologise for the lack of updates overnight. AMD are continuing to investigate and I will report back as soon as I know more.
I also want to stress that solving this is our top priority and I will do whatever I can to support our developers and AMD in addressing this.

I understand you’ve already reinstalled but could you try verifying your installation? You might be required to do it a couple of times - it’s stuck on loading in some audio-related data.
Are you logged in to the same account on both the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app?
