Hi @grizmoore,

Unfortunately, the crash report you provided does not contain any data :frowning: we had some technical issues yesterday.

Can you please provide a new crash report so we can take a look?

Thanks!

Hi @petar,

It looks like there’s an issue with a specific bundle file

Please ensure you have the latest update installed for Vermintide 2

I also recommend to try Verifying Game File Integrity.

  1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

Hi @Gryffyd,

We’ll look out for this. If you come across this again can you please grab some screenshots or a video? Thanks!

Ahh, it’s limited on Xbox, as you can’t provide a crash report or console logs.

Though, I do recommend trying some solutions which may help here:

Hi @Titler,

It does look like you’ve received some duplicate illusions and something may be off here.

Could you please provide me with your Steam profile URL so we can look into this for you?

Thanks!

Hi @liddd

Sorry to hear that! I can appreciate the frustration, especially with badly timed disconnections or crashes near the end of expeditions/maps :frowning:

If you can provide a crash report, or a relevant console log after crashing then we can take a look under the hood at what’s happening.

That’s interesting. We’ve received recent reports from numerous players that after having updated to the latest Nvidia driver version it has caused performance issues (freezes, stuttering, fps drops etc.)

Some players have resolved this by rolling back to a previous driver version - so I wonder if stability would improve for you, if you were also to do this.
