While yes, there is a monetized option to get through and secure the EA ships, there is also a completely free bundle that can be unlocked by use of the British Tokens.

British Tokens can be earned by interacting with the game via Daily Shipments, Missions, and Directives. There is 600 tokens that can be earned for free, which equates to 30 free redemptions and chances to receive the EA ships.

There is something for everyone.

Did you miss the bundle that is for British Tokens which can be earned by interacting with the game via daily shipments, missions, and directives?

As per usual, paying will get you things quicker and easier, but there is still plenty of options and opportunities for players not wanting to pay.

Heyo!

The patch was added with the update and we will be working to get it distributed to those who contributed to the cause. Unfortunately it is not an automated system, so please give us a chance :)

I saw it.

Following on from player feedback, we are experimenting with manners of distribution of EA ships. Just because we're doing it this way this time, doesn't mean it won't be adjusted going forward. Thank you for the feedback.

There is always room for improvement, I'm glad you approve of this first step.

Heyo Everyone,

I'd like to offer some clarity points on this matter:

Doubloon Bundles (yes, the topic is about token, but two birds, one reply):

Previously we would hear tales of players spending large sums of money in attempt to get the EA Ships. The random bundle system, allows there to be a definitive cap on how much 1 player has to spend to get all 4 EA ships guaranteed. While 65 purchases will give you a multitude of other goodies in conjunction to the ships, a player is not obligated to purchase them all. If for example, you got all ships in the first 30 bundles, unless you want the additional rewards, you do not have to purchase the additional bundles. Furthermore, we have increased visibility by making it possible to see what is coming in the next crate, with the table of contents also visible, you can ascertain your chances of receiving a ship too - 4/65.

Token Bundles:

Yes, they are unlimited, ...

Yes :)

There will be more details and a dedicated article closer to LNY.

Comment

Because it will not impact game play, this is a visual fix.

Comment

This is the first time I've ever seen this occur.

I would reccomend running a check and repair in case you have corrupted file somewhere.

If you could DM me some more details of your PC config (WGCheck) I can submit this into support and ensure its not something on our end.

This is solid feedback. Thank you.

Not sure I get the lambo comment.

That's fine, as I keep saying opinion =/= fact. Ultimately however, everything I just stated when it came to community driven changes, is factual and supported by evidence.

Naturally, with being employed by any company, you have lines of communication you have to follow. When I worked in optical, I had to tell clients the value of certain specifications on glasses, I was informed about them and passed on that information. This is not much different, the benefit being coming from the community and my background in the various community programs, is that I have solid foundation of understanding of the game and mechanics beyond narrating written answers. If anything, it builds credibility that I have half a clue of what I'm talking about lol.

Shows proof from development to the game ;)

GC not changing - Changed due to community feedback

NTC concept 1.0 - Scraped due to CC and community feedback

Unique Upgrade missions - Extended until December 2020 as per community feedback

For a few more non CV related examples.

While not every community feedback/suggestion makes it, doesn't mean we're not looking at it.

See:

Many other changes have come from community avenues (including forums) unrelated to CVs too.

Yes :)

There is ample staff supporting the discord and ensuring things are running smoothly.

I have also written many a novel of responses to the community on various matters of concerns.

There is a player-base of thousands and thousands of active users, and a community team of around 6 per region. High chances is we have seen it, but deemed either:

We have read the complaint and provided an answer previously

The complaint is bias/unjustified or can be proved incorrect

It is incoherent and there is no way for us to reply

We have pulled multitudes of feedback from the player-base and submitted it to the development/balance teams, but it also boarderline impossible to return and follow up on every piece of feedback, particularly when a lot of it is similar. Furthermore, while the community does bring some "on-surface-levels" interesting concepts, they are usually one-dimensional. That is, they address one concern, but would result on a majority of knock on consequences which would be mo...

No, that would not constitute a free respec. The commander skills have not changed. However, since there will be a Clan Battles season soon, if you play one game within that you will have a window for free respecs on TX ships anyway.

So you'll get one closeby, but not for the reason you want.

Fem,
