Thanks for the report. As some others have mentioned in this thread if your hotbar is gone you will need to go into your settings while in game, it wont work in lobby. Once in game open your settings and go into the hud settings, once there select your quickbar and make sure it is toggled on. We think we know what caused this issue and it should already be resolved by next patch. If this does happen after next patch please let us know.

This is why our team is looking at it once again. As far as I know and when I brought this up, the team knows, nothing has changed with aim assist. Aim assist shouldnt have worked that way in Season X. Again Aim assist should only work when moving your joysticks.

Seen this to be a popular topic lately and just wanted to let everyone know how this video is demonstrating aim assist is incorrect. Aim assist has never worked this way on mobile or other platforms. "Aim assist only pulls when you're moving either your move stick or look stick" - This comes from one of our mobile developers after I showed the video to the team.

The team is going to look to see if anything is wrong with aim assist, but I also reported the issue last month and no issues were found with aim assist. If anything comes out of testing I will let everyone know.

L2 spam is not a thing with the new controller adjustments that were made in Season X. SBMM puts you lobbies of comparable skill level players, if you are losing, you will eventually get placed into lower level matches.

No one is lying or faking fixes. Our team looks at data to determine the impact of hitching and other performance factors. We also added the trello card about fps issues back to the board, https://trello.com/c/zAQzXhwd/1057-fps-and-hitching-on-mobile So no, this is not being ignored in any way.

We have seen the reports of the FPS and hitching issues still on mobile. We added the Trello card back to the board, https://trello.com/c/zAQzXhwd/1057-fps-and-hitching-on-mobile . While the team thinks they have solved the main reason behind the hitching we know there is still work to be done and it is being looked at.

Just dropping in to clear up some confusion. Currently we are working on enabling these presets, you can keep up to date on our trello board https://trello.com/c/P58o0p21/1087-hud-presets-unavailable-in-hud-layout-tool .

Also, I see players asking if this means you are allowed to create multiple huds and save them. This is not the case, these are preset HUDs for players to use.

Edited: Presets are now enabled in live. You may need to restart the game in order for the hotfix to take effect.

Hey folks, I just want to drop in and give everyone a few expectations. This trello card was written due to the increase in hitching we saw from our data. While the core issue is getting resolved this does not mean that every device is now going run perfectly without hitching or some FPS drops.

In hindsight, we could have better explained this on the Trello card to make sure expectations are better met in the future. The team is always looking at performance over a variety of devices. The goal is to have all of them running the best they can. In the future when writing up Trello card issues regarding performance we will make sure to do a better job at setting expectations.

Hey everyone, I know this has been a topic in the past, but he lines were orginally taken out for a few reasons, one being performance.

We cant make promises that this feature returns but we can bring it up and see what possibly can be done to improve the current system.

what happens when you fill out the form 2-3x a day and the issues still persist?

Submitting feedback just gives us your player logs for our dev team. Things take time to fix, the feedback button is there to help us determine the cause of an issue, that is all.

How often does this happen? What skin did you have selected? Has this happened during a game before?
