Epic staff does not dictate what gets taken down by the mods. I have said this previously as well for others who have posted and have it taken down. Mods make the rules and enforce the rules how they see fit.

Again, we do not report post to the mods unless it is critical. The only post I have ever reported to the mods contained extreme vulgar racial language that I saw before the mods saw it.

We're currently looking into the audio issues at this time. If you can give any more details such as the device you play on and what specific audio issues you may have, its always helpful. Thanks for the report.

We’re aware of an issue preventing players from logging into Fortnite Mobile with Google or Facebook. Please follow the following instructions to login to Fortnite.

Step 1: Log into your Fortnite account at Fortnite in your browser via whichever method you used to create the account. (Google or Facebook

Step 2: Go to account>Password & Security> Create a new password.

Step 3: Confirm your password change. (Notice: it might ask you for a verification code, which you can find in your account email)

Step 4: Open Fortnite and press the three bars in the corner and then the square with an arrow on it to sign out.

Step 5: Log into Fortnite via the epic games selection. Use the login email for Google or Facebook along with your new password.

Thanks for the report on the audio. We have the team looking into the audio but any details you can share would be helpful. Are you not getting sound with the use of any particular item or what exactly is muffled.

Epic staff does not write or enforce any of the subreddit's rules created by the mods. Epic staff works with mods to have posts pinned. Any post that is removed, accounts that have been banned, or lockdowns that happen come from the discretion of the mod team.

Epic staff will not request a post be removed unless it is extremely sensitive, an example of this: I personally found a post that contained racial slurs before the mods had found it. I reported it to the mod team and they found it to break the rules of the subbreddit and removed it. These are the only type of post that Epic reports to the mod team for takedowns.

We stated this before that we are working with Apple when it comes to Fortnite mobile. This includes optimization, patches, and other work that the team is doing.

Almost all BR fixes also affect mobile. This may not be the case the other way around as a BR mobile issue may not be found on other platforms.

Update 2: We’ve resolved the issues preventing players on iOS from being able to download and login to the v9.21 update.

We have a lot of fixes that go into the game that may not be something a player would notice. Normally these type of issues do not get put into the patch notes since players would not understand exactly what was fixed. We do have two bug fixes that went in

Bug Fixes Audio was sounding muffled due to a filter optimization issue.

Bug Fixes Text placed on Billboards prior to the v9.20 release will no longer be misaligned.
