Time to be stealthy.

Sneak into the v8.51 update tomorrow, May 2 at 5 AM ET(0900 UTC). There will be no downtime but you will need to download a client update.

We are aware of few reports regarding the joystick and movement. If you could provide a video of what issue you are experiencing that would be very helpful.

The Account Merge feature will be coming to an end on May 6, 2019. So be sure to submit a merge request prior to that date for any eligible accounts.

Note: Any "In Progress" Account Merge requests will still be completed as long as they're submitted prior to May 6.

First, thanks for the video, this was helpful in letting me see what was going on. This is something I can bring up to the team but I wanted to point out that in order to edit the ramp or any structure, your crosshair needs to be red. You can see the red crosshair early in the video and several times throughout. If you aim the crosshair up a bit higher on the ramp you should be able to select it with no issues.

Looking at the bottom of the ramp will not select it. I will bring this up and see what can be done.

Is this something that happens everytime you go into storm shield? The next time this happens please use the feedback button to report the issue. By reporting the issue it allows us to look into the session you were playing to determine any issues.

When it gives you this error can you then report it ingame under the feedback button? That report with your in game name will allow us to see what could be the cause.

Are you on wifi or LTE? Whichever you are using can you try the opposite and see? Also whats you ingame name so we can take a look at the account.
