- I use the iPad Pro 10.5 2017
- It occurs 5-10 minutes within playing.
- Yes I have a video. It is slowed down, and although it looks like a small delay, it is very taxing on reaction time and enjoying the game, it is very noticeable.
- Other people are getting this, the only temporary solution I have for this is deleting and reinstalling Fortnite Mobile, but within 30 minutes, it comes back. Another detail, but not related to the bug, but I’ve been testing the quality of 60FPS on the iPad Pro 2017 specifically, and playing endgame (with a high amount of building, large amounts of hamster balls which I’ve noticed to cause large frame rate drops, and a high amount of players), even playing on the lowest possible resolution, I cannot get above 40 FPS in endgame. Unable to see anything past 10-20 meters in-game. Stability will help the game with crashes, hitches, and lag, but optimization is needed, considering the new release of Arena Mode, and the inabilit...

This has been a topic I have seen you post about and wanted to give you an update. Apple has allowed developers to file for an extension to continue to use the our previous SDK. The information can be found here: https://developer.apple.com/ios/submit/ under the Understand changes in memory accounting section. When we have anymore information to share I'll be sure to everyone know.
We're working to resolve an issue that is causing players to be automatically muted. You would need to mute/unmute your self in order to fix the issue https://trello.com/c/oqnTIMU0/573-voice-chat-requires-mute-unmute. We hope to have this resolved by the next patch.

We've made a few adjustments to the Floor is Lava Limited Time Mode:
- Weapons will be Uncommon or better
- 30s added to first storm wait time
- Cannons turned on
- Lava damage lowered from 20 to 15

That confused me because I couldn't see that anywhere. I looked on my desktop, my phone browser and the redditisfun app.
Turns out that's because I set my Reddit preferences to use the old Reddit "theme" where the box that shows your text doesn't show up at all.
That might be the same for lots of other users too.
Sorry for the confusion on that! I use "new" reddit vs "old" reddit so I was unaware of that not showing correctly. I can see if the mods might be able to make a change to show differently, but im not sure.
Voice chat will not be turned on during this update due to the current stability issues. The team is still working towards resolving this specific issue.

External link →Hey thanks for the feedback. We are looking into a lot more choices when it comes to letting players play a certain way such as touch or dedicated button editing. At the moment we are working on the current stability and other issues some of our players are running into before working on adding such features to the game.
The team is working on the crashes such as this that our players are experiencing. As a work around, versus having your graphics settings on low can you try to turn them up to high, it may reduce your crash rate by doing that.
