So what I thought have happened.

Our new automated system is not working as intended (this happened 2 PTS drops ago).

In the past we had to manually go to each account and do this. But to speed the process up we made an automated system, which appears to not be automating :)

We are in the process of doing everything manually! I ask for your patience, once this is completely done, I will update this post and let you know to hit the ole button again!

“Commanders, after the release of the update some of you may have encountered an issue with incorrect amount of XP rewarded in Operations. The issue was already fixed. We apologize and offer as compensation 1 WG container for all players who’ve played at least 1 battle in Operations after the release of 0.9.6 until 10:30 UTC 11th of July.

You can get the compensation within a week until 15:00 UTC, 24th of July.

These are all test ships, and still going through balance testing... we will release information on them when they are closer to be ready.

Oh I read it, but also was responded to some of his comments.

My point is, and I have said this several times:

Unfortunately in cases such as this, we don't get involved in clan issues, because they are, well, clan issues. If you manage a clan, you need to be able to trust the people that YOU pick to be in charge of your clan.

So what happens if someone that you decided to put in charge, thinking ahead, has real life aggro and doesn't think ahead, then we act and handle a situation and then they come back and are angry that something happened.

Again, this is the clans internal issue.

I am glad you have gotten better BTW, but unfortunately this is why we respond in the fashion we do.

Either way, putting a ticket in is a good idea especially if you explain everything. But we can't always act in cases such as this.

So, I have literally helped out in a couple cases similar to this. If you received a standardized message as above, more than likely CS did not understand what you were trying to say to them.

Most times in cases such as this a player PMs myself and I will ask for the ticket number and we'll take a look at these things. That being said we DO have hard rules for clan issues, since in the past we HAVE had drama in clans that has made us tighten down a bit how much we get involved.

If you'd like to PM me, @foodprinter and I might be able to help.

But keep in mind, it's kind of difficult for us to verify if someone in the community passes away.

The biggest issue that most people do not understand is game development cycle, timing or complexity.

This German update was built and planed LITERALLY 6 months or more ago, testing was done on the PTS, but without sufficient numbers of people testing on PTS, not all bugs can be worked out or found, and that includes our internal testing. And the changes that we have discussed over those months, sometimes they don't get in due to the complexity of game development.

And before someone jumps on the band wagon of "Well you need to test more" No one has ever seen bugs with updates from other games? Because that is HIGHLY impressive. Considering I have seen bugs in games that have been out for YEARS when updates occur.

These things are normal. And when we go to repair them, this too is normal, things being deactivated so they can be repaired or patched and then re-activated.

I'm not "manufacturing excuses" I'm literally telling you all, that when we continuously move requirements (specifically adding PvE case in point) to all our mission chains, this was a last minute change and initiative that I have personally been working towards to improve the QoL specifically for our NA PvE community. And then we moved CBs because players informed us via feedback that they were not happy with the way it was being handled so it was also a last min change....

These directives were set up months ago.... so yes, we missed some things. As i said, we are setting a NEW standard to try to allow everyone that plays every game mode do many of these missions, because that was the feedback we received, that we didn't allow this in the past. So we scrambled to add all modes and not all the correct changes occurred.

Which is why THIS MORNING I updated the community that our Devs went through last night and changed them. I don't need to be "manufa...

There is NOTHING malicious to Narai being pulled, with the last update there was a critical error that made the operation crash for A LOT of people during the completion of the operation, this was causing a lot of issues. They pulled it to fix it, that is all, pure and simple. It's obviously not a small fix, otherwise it would be back already.

If you think that we have the time or inclination to have some some evil plan, or someone is sitting in a dark room rolling their hands and attempting to figure out some devious reason to pull operations, you're wrong.

Players were having critical crashes, they put tickets in, we noted the uptick, tested the operation and it showed a problem that made it have to be repaired.

Please check this mission again! I had a long talk with our dev team and they looked at them. I believe these missions are fixed now.
